Dear Mama is an intimate daytime experience created for the woman who loves her children deeply but may have lost touch with herself along the way.
Together, we'll have honest conversations about mom guilt, identity loss, hidden grief, exhaustion, and the pressure to pour into everyone else while leaving little for yourself.
This is your opportunity to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the woman behind the title of “Mom.”
And because we know your time, and finding childcare, can be a challenge, Dear Mama takes place during the school day. No sitter needed.
Come as you are. Leave reminded of who you are.
 
Limited to 25 mothers.
Lunch, snacks, and workshop materials are included.
